As part of our growth strategy, we are starting a strategic partnership with one of the biggest consulting companies in Germany with a strong focus on Data Management. Their clients include major banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and automotive brands.

Key information:

Salary:

• 22 000 – 26 000 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract

• 19 000 – 22 500  PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

• strong experience working with Snowflake;

• solid hands-on experience with AWS;

• practical experience using dbt;

• proficiency in using Terraform;

• knowledge of English (min. B2);

• working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

• high communication skills;

• eager to learn and share knowledge;

• willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.)

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• leading the design and implementation of modern data solutions using Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and Terraform;

• acting as a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to shape pragmatic, scalable solutions;

• providing technical leadership to a small team;

• taking ownership of project delivery and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation;

• coaching and mentoring the team to help them grow their skills and maturity in Snowflake and AWS;

• communicating with the customer;

• ensuring high-quality implementation standards and adherence to best practices across infrastructure and data workflows.
