Python Developer

DAC.digital is looking for a passionate and skilled Python Developer to join our team. Our client is a tech-driven service provider, addressing some of the most challenging business problems globally. Utilizing a proprietary process orchestration platform, they integrate cutting-edge AI and automation with a network of over 5,000 experts worldwide. This approach empowers clients by breaking down barriers and delivering enhanced efficiency, scalability, and growth potential. Over the past three years, the company has seen rapid expansion, growing fourfold annually. 

The project is required for immediate participation (beginning of October), with a work schedule requiring 4 hours between 4 PM and 8 PM Warsaw Time Zone and an additional 4 hours that can be completed at any time during the day (UTC +01 time zone).

Key information:

• Salary: 27 000- 32 000 PLN net month – B2B contract

24 000 - 28 000 PLN net month - B2B contract (days off included)

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• Leading projects with high technical complexity in coordination with your team
• Executing engineering strategy plans supporting multiple clients
• Delivering on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area 
• Uncovering and eliminating architectural gaps to accelerate engineering in your area 
• Reporting on operational efficiency metrics 
• Writing, editing and reviewing technical documentation, incident reports, and post-shift daily updates.
• Updating Engineering handbook and training collateral regularly and knowledge sharing with peers
• Assisting team members during on-call schedules 

It is vital that you have:

•  5+ years of software engineering work experience 
• 3+ years of hands-on technical management building holistic web-based software solutions, API design and client-server systems 
• English language skills C1+
• Demonstrated experience authoring and maintaining excellent documentation at the team level 

Techstack:

• Python 
• Django (Python Web Frameworks) 
• PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Kafka, etc.
• Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Cloud Deployment using Kubernetes
