DAC.digital, a leading software and hardware company rapidly expanding across Europe, seeks talented Blockchain Developers to join our growing team. We specialize in providing top-tier engineering teams and developing innovative products that address complex business challenges. With over 14 years of experience in R&D projects for startups, scaleups, and enterprises, we bring unparalleled technical expertise to every project we undertake.

Key information:

Salary:

  • 25 000 – 30 000 PLN net/month- pure B2B contract
  • 22 000 – 26 000 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

  • designing and implementing blockchain solutions by applying your knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including block architecture, consensus mechanisms, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, CW20);
  • developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity for Ethereum/EVM-based platforms and optionally Rust for Solana or Cosmos;
  • conducting smart contract testing using tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle (EVM), and Anchor (Solana) to ensure robust and secure code;
  • integrating wallets like Metamask, Phantom, and Keplr into decentralized applications (dApps), enabling smooth user interactions with blockchain networks;
  • contributing to developing front-end dApp interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and libraries like web3.js or ethers.js for Ethereum-based solutions;
  • developing backend services using Node.js (optionally NestJS) and building APIs that facilitate blockchain interactions and data retrieval;
  • supporting the creation and customization of blockchain chains with Golang, utilizing the Cosmos SDK for scalable solutions;
  • implementing DevOps practices, including containerization with Docker and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and updates;
  • collaborating with the team to optimize performance, improve security, and enhance the efficiency of blockchain-based systems.

It is vital that you have:

  • solid experience with block architecture, consensus mechanisms, and token standards;
  • Golang Development: Golang for creating and customizing new chains using Cosmos SDK;
  • strong experience with Solidity;
  • proficiency in using Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle (EVM), and Anchor (Solana);
  • knowledge of English (min. B2);
  • working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • good communication skills;
  • eager to learn and share knowledge;
  • willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).

Technology stack:

  • blockchain fundamentals: block architecture, consensus mechanisms, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, CW20);
  • smart contract development: Solidity (Ethereum/EVM) and optionally Rust (Solana, Cosmos);
  • smart contract testing: Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle (EVM), and Anchor (Solana);
  • wallet Integrations: integrating Metamask, Phantom, and Keplr into dApps;
  • dApp Front-End Development: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and web3.js or ethers.js for EVM;
  • backend Development: Node.js (optionally NestJS) and API development for blockchain interactions;
  • Golang;
  • DevOps: Docker, optionally Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.

We will be more than happy if you have experience with::

  • interoperability protocols: bridges (e.g., LayerZero, Wormhole) and IBC (Cosmos);
  • Indexing and Querying solutions;
  • node Operations: deploying and maintaining Ethereum nodes (Geth/Infura), Solana validators, and Cosmos full nodes;
  • tokenomics implementation: the ability to design and implement token models, staking, and governance mechanisms;
  • blockchain security: understanding vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, overflow) and using tools like MythX, Slither, or Tenderly;
  • gas optimization: techniques for minimizing transaction costs on EVM-based chains;
  • Oracles and External Data: Integration with Chainlink, Band Protocol, and other Oracle solutions.

What do we offer:

  • possibility to work 100% remotely or on-site at our office in Gdańsk;
  • b2b contract with included 30 days off;
  • private Medical care;
  • group insurance;
  • pre-paid card or Sport Card;
  • referral program;
  • real Agile practices;
