Tech Lead (Angular & .NET)

We are seeking a Tech Lead (Angular + .NET) to join a hybrid development team in the energy sector, focusing on high-quality application delivery, architectural consistency, and technical leadership. 

Project information: 

• Type of project: IT services / Energy sector 

• Office location: Wrocław, Poland 

• Work mode: Hybrid  (1–2 days per week in the office) 

• Budget: 140-170 PLN  net/ h- B2B 

• Project length: Long-term  

• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland 

• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability) 

Project scope: 

• Ensure high code quality, best practices, and compliance with the defined technology stack across applications 

• Review and approve Pull Requests with a focus on maintainability, performance, and security 

• Provide technical leadership and take responsibility for delivery towards the client 

• Define application scope in collaboration with stakeholders, especially during new releases 

• Ensure timely delivery within agreed estimates and expected quality standards 

• Identify and communicate technical risks and potential issues early 

• Support, mentor, and guide team members in their daily work 

• Assign tasks and coordinate activities within the development team 

• Resolve team conflicts and foster a collaborative environment 

• Share delivery status and align with other Tech Leads and Architects 

• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.) 

• Collaborate closely with QA, UX, and other teams to ensure end-to-end quality 

• Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders 

Competence demands: 

• Strong experience with Angular (Senior level) 

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities 

• Optional but strong advantage: Full-stack development experience with .NET 

• Solid understanding of clean code principles, software architecture, and design patterns 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments 

• Very good English (spoken and written) 

• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills 

Nice to have: 

• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications 

• Previous collaboration with international clients 

• Exposure to energy, utilities, or industrial domains
