Senior Software Engineer

• Location: Warsaw
• Mode: Hybrid, 2 office days per week

• Budget: 25-35k gross, depends on technical assessment conducted during the interview process

Project scope:

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, owning the entire development process from initial concept to post-launch in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
• Design and implement features across the full stack, from database architecture to the user interface
• Focus on delivering meaningful impact—enhancing customer satisfaction while ensuring scalability, performance, and an optimized user experience
• Implement unit testing to ensure high-quality code and reliable software
• Utilize your full-stack expertise to build robust and scalable solutions

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in frontend development, with expertise in React and proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js or Ruby on Rails  
• Solid technical full-stack expertise and enthusiasm for developing full-stack features, spanning both client and server
• Hands-on experience in building web applications from the ground up
• A product-oriented mindset with a passion for crafting software that delivers an exceptional user experience
• Committed to high standards, proactive in execution, and eager to collaborate
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach
