You will support the client during the next wave of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation, focused on delivering standardized processes and an industrialized rollout across the EMEA region.

The program aims to harmonize warehouse and production planning processes, accelerate digitalization and prepare the organization for long-term efficiency gains and global integration.

Your role will be positioned within AMS (Application Management Services), with strong involvement in business support, continuous improvement and stabilization after rollout.

Role overview

As a Senior SAP EWM / PPDS Consultant, you will provide L2/L3 application support for SAP S/4HANA EWM and PP/DS, acting as a key contact for business users. You will handle incidents, analyze root causes, support minor enhancements and ensure smooth daily operations in a complex, integrated SAP landscape

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing L2/L3 AMS support for SAP EWM and PP/DS in a S/4HANA environment

• Analyzing incidents, resolving tickets and performing root cause analysis

• Supporting business users in daily warehouse and production planning operations

• Handling minor enhancements, configuration adjustments and functional improvements

• Cooperating with developers on fixes and limited RICEFW developments

• Supporting fit-to-standard processes and ensuring alignment with global templates

• Participating in testing activities, including regression and defect validation

• Supporting data migration validation, cutover activities and hypercare phases

• Performing cross-module impact analysis (EWM/PPDS ↔ MM, PP, QM)

• Working in line with service management processes (incident, problem, change - ITIL-based)

• Communicating clearly with business stakeholders and explaining solutions in an understandable way

Requirements:

• Solid hands-on experience with SAP EWM and PP/DS

• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and production planning processes in an AMS / support setup

• Proven experience in incident management, ticket resolution and root cause analysis

• Experience with configuration changes and supporting small functional enhancements

• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration points (MM, PP, QM)

• Experience working with ITIL-based service management processes

• Excellent communication skills and strong business-facing attitude

• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
