We are looking for a proactive SAP Specialist to strengthen our global SAP technical team. You'll play a key role in rolling out and maintaining e-invoicing solutions across several countries.

Project information:

• Location: Poznań, hybrid working model

• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment

• Project language: English

• Salary range: 16000 - 18000 PLN gross

Responsibilitites:

• Take part in designing, rolling out and supporting e-invoicing processes in SAP

• Keep up to date with country-specific e-invoicing regulations and apply them in SAP solutions

• Bridge the gap between business/legal needs and SAP system functionality, mainly using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)

• Work closely with colleagues across the globe, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of project outcomes

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of practical experience with SAP FI configuration or support

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a multicultural environment

• A solid understanding of how FI documents and key SAP processes work

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to resolve issues efficiently

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)

• Experience in SAP DRC rollouts (nice to have)
