Qlik Sense Developer

We are seeking a Qlik Sense Developer to join a fully remote development team. The role focuses on designing and delivering interactive dashboards, transforming business requirements into actionable insights, and ensuring high-quality, value-driven reporting solutions.

• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate availability)

Project scope:

• Develop interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense

• Collaborate with business users to gather and clarify requirements, challenge unclear or low value requests and suggest improvements

• Translate business needs into technical specifications for the data engineering and BI teams

• Ensure proper data modelling for reporting, including fact and dimension tables, star and snowflake schema designs, and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)

• Apply best practices in data warehousing to maintain high-quality, consistent, and scalable reporting solutions

• Support continuous improvement of BI processes and data visualization standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Qlik Sense development and dashboard design

• Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, and BI best practices

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions

• Analytical mindset with focus on delivering actionable business insights

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
