Mid Developer (Java/Python)

We are looking for a Mid-Level Developer who enjoys solving problems, thinking algorithmically, and isn’t confined to a single tech stack. Someone who understands technology intuitively and is genuinely curious about new tools — from Java and Python to AI assistants such as Claude (Anthropic) and knows how to use them effectively in practice.

• Location: Warsaw

• Work Setup: 100% Remote work

• Employment type: Contract of employment / B2B

• Rate: 12 000 PLN/net/month + VAT on B2B

• Start date: depending on candidate availability

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Java and Python (we treat them as a foundation, not a limitation)

• Understanding of mechanisms and protocols used in distributed systems

• Ability to independently solve problems and seek the simplest effective solutions

• Openness to working across technologies (frontend, backend, integrations, automation)

• Regular use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) as a natural part of the development workflow

Nice to Have:

• Experience with web frameworks (Spring, FastAPI, Flask)

• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and version control systems (Git)

• Interest in automation and hands-on experimentation with AI in real projects
