Google Cloud Data & AI Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Data & AI Solution Architect to join us on a B2B contract (remote from Poland). In this role, you will architect, deliver, and optimize enterprise-grade data and AI solutions, enabling organizations to unlock real business value from cloud and AI technologies.

Your responsibilities

Architect & Deliver Data & AI Solutions

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance ELT/ETL pipelines and AI/ML solutions using GCP-native tools, supporting both real-time and batch data processing

• Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and optimized for performance and cost efficiency

Enterprise Architecture Leadership

• Apply TOGAF principles to align data and cloud strategies with business objectives

• Drive enterprise-wide architecture initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and future-readiness

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to understand challenges, translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, and deliver measurable business value

• Communicate effectively across all levels, from engineers to executives

Cloud Platform Expertise

• Lead the adoption, optimization, and governance of GCP services, ensuring best practices in security, performance, and cost management

• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously enhance the cloud ecosystem

Hands-on Engineering

• Build and maintain data pipelines using GCP tools (Dataform, Datafusion, Cloud Composer) and scripting languages (Python, SQL)

• Ensure robust data quality, monitoring, and automation across workflows

Mentorship & Thought Leadership

• Coach teams on cloud-native development, GenAI adoption, and data engineering best practices

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing

What we are looking for

Must-have:

• Master of Science (Distinction) in Computer Science, ideally with specialization in Data Analytics

• Google Professional Cloud Architect certification (minimum)

• Additional GCP certifications such as Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, Associate Cloud Leader, GenAI Leader, or Cloud Digital Leader

 Nice-to-have:

• Certified TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner (or equivalent)
