For our customer, we are seeking skilled and experienced Data Engineers (regular and senior ones) to join a newly established team. In this role, you will be key in understanding and managing the data products and pipelines within a platform, working closely with various business domains and teams to deliver innovative data solutions. You will be responsible for continuously improving our processes to implement new products most efficiently.

    • Cleansing, preprocessing, and transforming raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis and storage.
    • Integrating data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy across various data repositories.
    • Designing, managing, monitoring, and optimizing data pipelines and databases for scalability, performance, and resource efficiency.
    • Documenting data engineering processes, workflows, and data models for internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and other teams to understand data requirements and provide necessary data assets.
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends in AI and data science, applying cutting-edge methodologies and technologies to our projects.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in data integration, data modeling, data governance, and best practices in data quality using modern data technologies.
    • Attention to detail, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related challenges.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python, along with experience in scripting languages like SQL.
    • Extensive knowledge of database management systems and experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
    • A strong advocate for fostering a robust engineering culture within an agile and DevOps environment.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • A relevant educational background in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred).

    We offer:

    • Potential to contribute to shaping the future in a strategic, high-impact initiative.
    • Competitive salary and benefits package (Medicover insurance, cafeteria program, Employee Benefit Fund (ZFŚS), team building events, English language learning, etc.).
    • Innovative and inclusive culture.
    • Opportunity to make a significant impact in the medical devices industry.
    • A hybrid model of work, 3 days per week in the office.
