Backend-Oriented Fullstack Developer - Service Tribe (Travel industry)

We are seeking an experienced Backend oriented Fullstack developer to join the team that works on various products and services for a Scandinavian airline. The Service Tribe is dedicated to delivering self-service, disruption handling, and exceptional customer experience across all customer touchpoints. We focus on empowering travelers to manage their journey seamlessly—whether checking in, making changes, requesting refunds, or navigating disruptions.

Project information:

• Industry: Aviation

• Work Setup: 100% Remote work

• Rate: 1200 - 1500 PLN/net/day + VAT (B2B contract)

• Contract length: long-term cooperation

• Start date: depending on candidate availability

Project scope:

• Design and develop microservices that power check-in, flight changes, refunds, and disruption-handling workflows

• Build and integrate with Amadeus DAPI and Salesforce Service Cloud

• Develop and optimize high-load APIs to support peak travel and operational volumes

• Contribute to the design of reliable, event-driven backend systems

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-tribe teams to ensure smooth end-to-end solutions

Requirements:

• Strong backend engineering experience in Node.js / TypeScript and/or Java / Spring

• Proficiency with AWS cloud services and microservices architecture

• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs

• Experience with Amadeus DAPI

• Solid understanding of observability and monitoring: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and building resilient systems

• Salesforce ecosystem knowledge (Service Cloud, Agentforce) — a plus

• Familiarity with our supporting stack — AWS CDK, Docker, Angular — a plus
