We are looking for a highly organized and proactive QA Engineer who approaches challenges with creativity and fresh solutions. Responsibilities
Define and implement test automation frameworks alongside our products
Design and implement functional, regression, and performance tests
Develop manual test cases, when needed, to support automated test coverage
Write and maintain test documentation
Participate in implementing performance testing practices
Conduct tests in a microservices architecture, including system, GUI, API, and database testing
Optimize testing processes to ensure high software quality
Document, monitor, and analyze test results using tools like Allure; report defects via JIRA
Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and brainstorming sessions related to project quality
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of relevant professional experience in writing test automation scripts
Solid experience with end-to-end web testing frameworks — hands-on knowledge in Playwright
Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
Good understanding of React applications from a QA perspective
Knowledge of REST APIs and tools like Postman, Insomnia, or similar for API testing
Experience with GIT and Continuous Integration systems (e.g., GitLab)
Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, Xray
Proven experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, edge cases, regressions, and usability issues
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
ISTQB certification (Test Analyst or Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst) or equivalent knowledge
Experience with component testing using tools like Storybook, Jest, or Testing Library
Familiarity with Playwright Test Reporter and Playwright Trace Viewer for advanced debugging
Understanding of performance testing approaches and related tooling
Awareness of accessibility testing tools and practice
