Technical Lead (.NET)

We are currently seeking a Technical Lead with primary expertise in .NET and additional experience in Angular technologies. As a Tech Lead, you will support a team working on a registration services solution focused on public services, such as company registration.

Your Daily Missions:

• Make project decisions by utilizing the best programming practices and standards.
• Take accountability for programming, unit testing, integration testing, documentation, maintenance, and support of product components.
• Build CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
• Provide technical guidance to the team.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to define and develop software architecture.
• Lead team meetings, provide feedback, and support team members.
• Work closely with other departments in the organization, including Project Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Operate within a Scrum/Agile methodology.

The Essentials We’re Seeking:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in C#.
• A minimum of 2 years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong experience with .NET and preferably Angular to build robust, efficient, and scalable applications.
• Experience working in cloud environments, particularly Azure CosmosDB and Azure Function Apps.
• Familiarity with Event Sourcing and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Knowledge of NoSQL and Cosmos DB.
• Proficiency with GIT and Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and successful project delivery within scope and timeline.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2+ level) to effectively collaborate in an international team.
