Your Daily Missions

• Innovate and Implement: Develop software solutions using AI tools and modern technologies.
• Cross-Disciplinary Integration: Integrate various technologies to create comprehensive solutions.
• AI-Enhanced Development: Use AI tools to support, enhance development processes and explore new languages and technologies without fear.
• Customer-Centric Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work with cross-functional teams to foster innovation.
• Prototype and Iterate: Rapidly prototype and iterate new ideas based on feedback.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Programming Skills: Basic to intermediate skills in any language; experience with Python, C#, or TypeScript is highly beneficial. Ideally with some full stack exposure.
• AI Tools Familiarity: Willingness to learn and use AI tools; no prior expertise required.
• Self-sufficient with Problem-Solving Skills and Can Do attitude: Creative and innovative approach to solving technical problems.
• Customer Focus: Good communication skills to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
• Communicative: Close work with team members and managers to communicate challenge and discuss options.
• Languages Skills: Comfortable communicating in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).

Nice-to-haves

• Some familiarity with LangChain.
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Prior experience in a role focused on innovation and new technologies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
