Lead Product Designer

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer with a strong technical mindset to join CSHARK and support the Product Design Team of our international client.

Together, we’re building a brand-new digital platform in the regulatory sector, based in Ireland. In this role, you’ll lead design efforts on complex, tech-driven solutions — working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to shape a product from the ground up. The platform will have a meaningful impact and a strong focus on digital accessibility and inclusive design.

Your Daily Missions

• Leading the design process for advanced, technical solutions within a brand-new digital platform.

• Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and technical capabilities.

• Defining and implementing best practices for product design with a focus on scalability, performance, and digital accessibility.

• Creating prototypes, wireframes, and design documentation to support product development at various stages of the product lifecycle.

• Conducting user testing and usability studies to validate design decisions and improve user experience.

• Analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into intuitive and functional user solutions.

• Maintaining high design quality standards and ensuring compliance with inclusivity and accessibility principles.

• Actively participating in product planning and strategy, proposing solutions to enhance design and product processes.

  
  

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• 8+ years of experience as a UX/product designer or similar role.

• Experience as a Product Design Lead, demonstrating the ability to drive design strategy, lead complex projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in creating native mobile services and web applications.

• Proficiency in Figma as the key product design and prototyping tool.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders and senior executives.

• Excellent project management skills, including prioritization and meeting tight deadlines.

• Experience in developing and maintaining a shared design system.

• Experience in working with and structuring large sets of data.

• Self-starter, organized and has ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong UX/UI portfolio.

• Fluent in English.
