Job description

We’re looking for a L3 Support Engineer to support our growing product. You’ll be the bridge between our technology and our clients—helping them succeed, answering their questions, and ensuring they get the most out of our solution. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both people and technology and isn’t afraid to speak up.

Your Daily Missions

  • Handling L3 support tickets – analyzing and resolving complex technical issues that require in-depth system and development knowledge.

  • Supporting development and operations teams in troubleshooting and implementing fixes.

  • Performing log, trace, system metrics, and application data analysis to quickly identify the root cause of incidents.

  • Developing and maintaining tools for monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborating with DevOps and QA teams to deploy fixes and improve CI/CD processes.

  • Ensuring high availability and performance of applications and integrations (.NET, databases, APIs).

  • Participating in the on-call rotation and providing support outside regular business hours when required.

  • Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge with L1/L2 teams.

  • Working in accordance with ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.


The Essentials We’re Seeking

  • Proven experience in an L3 support role (Support Engineer / System Engineer / Developer).

  • Strong knowledge of .NET 8 and C#.

  • Hands-on experience with REST API and Web API, plus working knowledge of SOAP API.

  • Solid experience with Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift / Azure.

  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL and PostgreSQL (query optimization, performance tuning, debugging).

  • Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.

  • Familiarity with tools such as MinIO, Strapi, Grafana, Azure DevOps.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

  • Flexibility and readiness for on-call support and occasional work outside standard hours.


Nice to haves:

  • Experience in Application Maintenance / Application Support.

  • Knowledge of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices.

  • Experience in automating support and monitoring processes.
