We are currently looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join us. This will be a role suitable for a candidate who already has basic experience as a Project Manager and still wants to grow in this role.

IN A NUTSHELL:
🌎 Wrocław
💰 Salary 5 500 PLN to 7 000 PLN net / month - B2B
💰 Salary 4 800 PLN to 6 300 PLN gross/month - Permanent
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the development team to provide timely project delivery.
- Create a work plan for the development team.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
- Being a part of a SCRUM team.
- Identifying and managing risks and issues throughout the project.
THE PERFECT FIT:
- You have a minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager (preferred in the IT industry).
- You speak English with confidence and ease (C1 level).
- You are detail-oriented, well-organized as well as have “can-do”, problem-solving skills and a friendly attitude.
- You understand business objectives.
- You are ready to be part of an Agile, fast-paced team.
- You can cooperate with other team members: developers, testers, PM.
