Fullstack Developer (AI focused)

Currently, we are looking for a Fullstack Developer (.NET+React) to strengthen our team and will be focused on realizing AI and automation use cases to improve our client's software engineering toolchain in the manufacturing industry, who is undergoing a digital transformation. We are interested in an individual who feels comfortable with backend development in .NET and frontend development using TypeScript and React technologies.

Tech Stack in Project:

• Frontend: TypeScript/React
• Backend: C#/.NET Core (microservices, Docker, RabbitMQ/NATS, AKS, gRPC, REST, Postgres/MS SQL).
• DevOps: CI/CD (GitLab), Docker, TDD, DDD, E2E testing, basic Kubernetes. Experience with Terraform, Ansible and the Azure Cloud is a plus.
• Experience/Knowledge in AI (OpenAI, ML tools) is beneficial.

Your Daily Missions

• AI-Driven Code Reviews: Automate and enhance code review suggestions for Merge Requests, possibly integrating with IDEs (e.g., VS Code).
• Pipeline Failure Analysis: Extend our in-house “SE-GPT” AI chat tool to analyze CI/CD pipeline failures and recommend solutions.
• Documentation Generation: Integrate Confluence, Jira, and AI-based contextual prompts to streamline documentation.
• SE-GPT Enhancements: Improve AI-powered chat functionality (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Elastic Search) for advanced context retrieval and code suggestions.
• Metrics & Reporting: Set up telemetry, reporting, and dashboards (Grafana, Azure Dashboard, etc.).
• Piloting AI Tools & IDEs: Conduct pilot studies of AI-based developer tools and gather feedback.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• Over 4 years of commercial experience in programming.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET (latest versions).
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and libraries Typescript and React for UI (mainly web).
• Solid algorithms and data structures knowledge and proven ability to apply them to real world problems.
• Good skills in database design, data aggregation and database schema modeling (preferably with Postgres or MS SQL Server).
• Experience in API design and implementation.
• Experience in microservice architecture.
• Basic experience with data integration tools, data analysis, modeling, mapping and formatting.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure.
• Knowledge of cloud based AI platforms, such as Azure Open AI preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary, international team.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) – as we work in an international environment.
• Experience working in a SCRUM-based methodology.
