We are looking for our WordPress team primarily in Helsinki or Oulu, but also a teleworking opportunity, a versatile developer who can take the main responsibility for the technical planning and implementation of projects.

We require you to have experience and evidence of the implementation of quality digital services and a desire to constantly learn new things.
Our wishes:
- At least four years of experience in PHP and MySQL programming
- You know the architecture and ecosystem of WordPress. You have experience implementing integrations on top of this, for example as plugins (e.g. Paytrail, Active Directory, Lyyti, Hubspot, Guild, Salesforce).
- You are familiar with one or more PHP frameworks (Slim, Symfony, Laravel) and can use these with the principles of object-oriented programming
- You have experience with dependency management tools such as Composer and npm
- You have experience using Git version control
- You are used to making technical specifications and documenting technical solutions
- You are careful in your work and you do not want to let go of anything semi-finished or poorly tested
And it wouldn't hurt if:
- You are interested in DevOpseil, automated publishing and testing
- You have experience with libraries such as React, Vue.js, AngularJS and jQuery
- You control responsive CSS development with Sass on top of Bootstrap, for example
- Experience with Twig / Timber markup language and page templates
- Experience creating WordPress themes
- You are interested in the world outside of PHP and understand the features of modern JavaScript
- You have an eye for detail and you understand good UX
- Basic skills in design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- You will have experience working in a Linux environment and basic maintenance
In addition, we hope you:
- Good problem-solving ability and initiative
- The ability to stay on schedule and work effectively
- Want to learn the latest backend devotion techniques, master the latest tools, and know industry best practices
- Experience in agile software development (technical work management positions Plus, eg Scrum master)
- Excellent oral and written English
- Reasonable Finnish or Swedish language skills
