We are seeking an experienced Project Support Team Coordinator to support workstreams or small projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and budget in alignment with Change Delivery Standards. This role includes distributing tasks, monitoring progress, and coordinating the work of junior staff.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Project Coordination, preferably in large international organizations.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- DORA exposure.
- Background in Financial Services and regulatory projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including SharePoint and MS Project.
- Excellent communication.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail.

Your responsibilities
- Vendor/contract mapping and creating vendor lists.
- Organizing contract updates and sourcing missing information.
- Supporting ICT register population and reviewing data.
- Enhancing data collection processes during contracting and onboarding.
- Documenting approaches for future use and ensuring compliance with DORA.
- Task assignment, monitoring, and support for junior team members.
- Aligning with AG PM Standards.
- Providing weekly progress updates to DORA PMO.
- Engaging with operational stakeholders, including Project Managers, Product Owners, and Functional Partners.
