Oracle APEX Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle APEX in a regulated financial environment

• Translate business and compliance requirements into structured technical solutions

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL and PL/SQL code ensuring performance and data consistency

• Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

• Ensure adherence to internal development standards, governance, and documentation practices

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Support testing processes (unit, integration, UAT) and validate solution quality

• Analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring system stability and reliability

• Support deployment activities in line with corporate release management processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Oracle APEX development in enterprise environments

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL, Jira or Confluence

• Experience working within structured, process-driven organizations (preferably financial services)

• Nice to have - understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management practices

• Experience in working with business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Very good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
