Responsibilities:

• Designing and documenting new features based on input from business stakeholders.
• Translating business needs into detailed technical specifications using tools like SQL, UML, and BPMN.
• Analyzing and extracting data insights from sources such as SQL databases, BigQuery, and CSV files.
• Tackling complex problems, presenting clear solutions, and leveraging your creativity and analytical expertise.

Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Analyst, including coordination of technical projects.
• Strong skills in creating technical documentation from business requirements.
• Proficiency in analytical methods, including process modeling, user requirements, functional specs, state diagrams, and use case scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, UML, BPMN, and documentation processes.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• A curious, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
• Polish and English - advanced.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for client or team meetings.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with banking products such as loans, payments, or cards.
• Knowledge of tools and technologies like Java, Python, Bash, Swagger, Postman, BigQuery, GIT, GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, and Kibana.
