Fullstack TypeScript Developer

Full-stack Developer

We are looking for a Full-Stack TypeScript Developer with proven commercial experience to join our client's team located in Poland - Finance and Banking.

In this role, selected specialist will work in a cross-functional team across both backend and frontend, building a product powered by the latest advancements in AI and advanced data processing.

Start date: ASAP

Project duration: 12 months

Verification process:

1. Technical task to be prepared at home (It should take maximum 1 hour)

2. Interview (Code review - 30min, Technical questions - 30min, Live coding - 30min)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js / Express.js

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field

• Practical experience working in cloud-based environments (Kubernetes, GCP, or AWS)

• Experience building and working with RESTful APIs, tRPC, and message queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ)

• Experience with both:

• Relational databases (PostgreSQL)

• Document databases (MongoDB)

• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code

• Understanding of functional programming (FP) and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles

• Familiarity with software design principles such as KISS and DRY

• Solid understanding of distributed system architecture

• Proactive approach to solving complex technical and optimization problems

• Ability to test and validate your own solutions

• Excellent communication skills (fluent Polish and English)

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating AI systems or LLM modules in production environments

• Knowledge of accounting processes or ERP systems

• Experience with React (building components and integrating with backend services)

• Experience styling frontend using Sass / SCSS

• Understanding of state management using Zustand

• Experience with observability tools (Grafana or Datadog)
