AIA Integration Specialist (Oracle AIA)

Must have:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle OSM in a telecommunications environment.

• Strong knowledge of RODOD and fulfillment processes.

• Practical experience developing COM/SOM flows and integrating OSM with UIM.

• Experience performing integration testing in OSS/BSS environments.

• Understanding of ITSM processes.

• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA and HPQC.

• Good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Oracle UIM.

• Experience working in complex, multi-system OSS/BSS environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance OSM components and orchestration flows.

• Analyze and support functional and technical solution designs.

• Perform integration testing with systems such as Siebel, BRM, ASAP, and UIM.

• Develop test plans and test cases based on High-Level Designs (HLD).

• Support end-to-end (E2E) order flow analysis and automation.

• Collaborate closely with architects, QA teams, and integration teams.

• Participate in Agile project workflows and contribute to delivery within sprint cycles.

• Ensure solutions meet functional requirements and support operational efficiency.
