    IT Integration Consultant is responsible for the delivery of remote/site-based IT Operations activities focused on providing generalist IT support to the company end-user based on model site standards of computer hardware, software, data storage, LAN, WAN, voice, security, and shared rooms. This position will also partner with various Project Managers to coordinate system migrations to enterprise platforms and local execution of enterprise project plans. This position requires experience in supporting mergers/acquisitions and IT transition/transformation projects with a constant focus on end-user experience. Expected project length 6-12 months with opportunity to switch to longer collaboration/employment contract


    Work from the office close to Ostrzeszów + travel up to 25% within Warsaw, Krakow, Szczecin, and Dąbrowa Górnicza as needed.


    Responsibilities:

    • Building trusted relationships with the end user community and IT including written and verbal communication with business.
    • Being the first point of contact for technical assistance to end-users including the use of computer hardware, software and peripherals, Audio/Video, and shared room systems.
    • Providing one-to-one and group training on the tech used within the company. Including IT inductions and seamless transitions to the new environment.
    • Setting up IT equipment for company employees including installation of computer hardware, software, and peripherals in a Microsoft environment.
    • Setting up and supporting mobile devices including both Android and iPhone.
    • Identifying, managing, and triaging critical support issues working with internal IT and 3rd parties (local and remote).
    • Supporting other global IT team members during setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the computer environment and site’s WAN, and LAN.
    • Reporting to IT Manager | Regional Operations | EMEA, APAC • Information Technology 
    • Ensure overlapping project plans are timed appropriately and do not interfere with local business operations
    • Following company's standards in all IT-related activities and project management.
    • Travel up to 25% within Warsaw, Krakow, Szczecin, and Dąbrowa Górnicza as needed. Limited travel outside Poland (team meetings; etc.)


    Skills: 

    EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Associate’s Degree or higher in IT or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in everyday IT end-user support and during IT transition\transformation projects.


    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    • Experience in post-asquisitions process
    • Fully fluent English and Polish language proficiency
    • Must communicate technical topics to both end users and technical IT teams in both English and Polish.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment and mobilize cross-functional high-performance teams.


    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • Expertise in End User Compute technologies including, but not limited to, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, browsers, networking, file sharing, Cloud technologies, Active Directory, printing, collaboration technologies (including meeting rooms), desktop and mobile user environments.
    • Understanding industry best practices in service fulfillment like ITIL
    • Experience with managing and executing small/medium projects in an enterprise environment
    • Strong technical acumen and attention to detail
    • Able to rapidly learn the basics of new corporate systems and train other employees.
    • Proven ability to provide desk-side and remote IT support.
    • Passion for End User experience and customer service.
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain terms.
    • Ability to provide one-to-one and group training on core enterprise platforms.
    • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships and promote teamwork across business groups and departments.
