Responsibilities:
Proactive analysis of Consumer Relation data to identify and communicate compelling patterns in consumer behaviors to strategic partners.
Provide relevant and actionable consumer insight reports to the business on regular basis and upon request.
Liaise with strategic partners to capture, triage and prioritise Analytics Product demand to be delivered by Analytics product team.
Amplify value of existing GCR data assets and products outside our team by promoting and encouraging their use across Marketing, R&D, Quality and other functions.
Develop framework to identify business changes driven by GCR consumer insights and measuring the resulting value.
Monitor VoC Analytics product adoption across other functions, training and educating key partners to take full advantage of their value.
Develop experimental data collection initiatives to capture tailored insights informing critical initiatives.
Requirements:
Storytelling with Data: Exceptional ability to turn data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to search for consumer context and identify what they are reporting or looking for.
Product Focus: Experience in identifying opportunities for the VoC metrics roadmap.
Excellent command of English to effectively manage communication and high-level presentations for our UK stakeholders.
Exceptional data presentation skills, with a focus on bridging the gap between technical data and business-oriented insights.
Awareness of data protection and privacy regulations and policies.
Open mind and willingness to collaborate and contribute as a team to achieve goals.
Exceptional skills in interpreting, presenting, and deriving strategic recommendations from datasets of varying complexity and ambiguity.
Expertise in using Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of data manipulation and aggregation functions.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Nice to have:
Proven experience as an Insights Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the Consumer Care sector.
Experience with Salesforce Cloud Analytics is an advantage.
Familiarity with popular data platforms such as Microsoft Azure
Basic understanding of programming languages such SQL or Phyton is not required but may be helpful.
