Tech Lead Engineer (BigCommerce Platforms)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the technical owner and lead for BigCommerce platforms.
2. Lead operational and support activities, including incident/request management via ServiceNow.
3. Handle technical tasks.
4. Proactively identify and communicate platform risks and technical debt.
5. Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and infrastructure teams.
6. Document system changes and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 3+ years supporting/developing CMS or eCommerce platforms - BigCommerce preferred
2. Experience in a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or platform ownership role.
3. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Solid experience in operational support environments, including ServiceNow.
5. Familiarity with SSO and security configuration.
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
