Purpose of the Role: Join a global Data, Analytics, and AI organization within a leading Digital Transformation Unit in the Consumer Health sector.
As a Senior Integration Architect, you will lead the planning and design of integration processes while managing a team of engineers to bring these designs to life.
Responsibilities:
Integration Planning and Design: Lead the design of integration processes and interfaces to ensure effective connectivity between systems, predominantly within the Product Supply domain.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support during the implementation phase.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Squad Leads to translate business goals into technical integration requirements.
Technical Oversight: Ensure all solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable, strictly adhering to IT architecture best practices.
Documentation and Standards: Create and review comprehensive documentation, establishing standards for integration processes.
Intercultural Communication: Foster an environment of collaboration and open communication across diverse, global geographical locations.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in IT Architecture & Design, specifically in distributed systems and API design.
Hands-on experience with NodeJS and AWS services (SQS, CloudWatch, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, Networking, Document DB).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaaS) using Terraform.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Repos, and GitHub Actions.
Strong skills in Linux command line and shell scripting.
Compliance & Regulations: Experience building IT systems within a GxP environment is highly valued.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience in Agile Project Management, coordinating with international partners, and estimating costs/timelines in large organizations.
Integration & Automation: Solid knowledge of CI/CD processes and experience in deploying automated integration solutions.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in German is considered a plus.
