Business Analyst – Veeva Quality Vault QMS

Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of a Veeva Quality Risk Management workflow, support AI related projects (Deviations and Annual Product Review) and additional projects during 2026. The role has high exposure to Business stakeholders, system users as well as tech teams from Veeva Vendor and client's Dev Ops teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the business stakeholders to ensure the successful and on-time deployment of strategic deliverables.

• Ensure that all project/product business analyses (value assessment) and other artifacts are delivered to timelines and accurately maintained.

• Responsible to define user requirements and involve proper Tech and non-Tech stakeholders, specialists and Business Consultants necessary to deliver Business Case.

• Contribute to define the most streamlined and value driven process.

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2-years work experience in implementing Digital solution projects.

• Broad knowledge and understanding of Tech systems & Business processes.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of project management, agile methodologies.

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to plan own work to meet objectives, and to work independently.

• Experience working in self-organized teams in a dynamic and fast-moving environment, taking full ownership of work items.

• Good influencing, communication, and team-working skills at all levels.

  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Healthcare Quality business processes (Risk Management,Deviations, Change Control and Annual Product Review).

• Experience working with digital solutions supporting the software, business processes (Risk Management, Deviations, Change Control and Annual Product Review)

• Preferably direct experience using or configuring Veeva Quality Vault (QMS workflows)
