We implement disruptive business models around mobile technologies in the physical world. We engage both customers and businesses. We provide our partners with Cosmose Mobile SDK, and we just started to include customers directly in our endeavours. We recently launched a concept testing app in Singapore. It was used by >10k users on the launch day. Now we're expanding to other markets.
We are looking for an excellent Senior / Staff Mobile Engineer (Tech Lead) to work on our mobile apps, and to a lesser extent, our SDK, but also to shape direction within our mobile technology. We embrace agility, business and technical experimentation, changing requirements for Proof of Concepts, but also require abilities to transition successful experiments into mature Products.

What you’ll do:
- Make our apps done and work
- Code our apps
- Match technologies to use in our products with our business requirements
- Play a role as the main technical authority within a small team
- Provide time vs scope vs quality estimates for mobile apps features
- Improve processes within the mobile development team
- Share your knowledge and provide mentoring to the less experienced colleagues
- Bring ideas for our products
- Implement well-structured automated tests
- As needed, work on our Mobile SDKs (Android or iOS)
What you’ll need:
- Proven relevant working experience in the mobile ecosystem, preferably exceeding app development, or experience working on cross-platform mobile tech, e.g. Flutter that we use.
- Either experience as a technical lead gained in product development company, or a natural competencies and willingness to become one
- Good technical understanding of the challenges of scale, e.g. in networking.
- Good understanding of the concepts behind Android or (preferably and) iOS.
- Ability and confidence to communicate within the team.
