As we expand our Machine Learning team, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help build innovative products that impact millions of daily active users. You will combine state-of-the-art and emerging technologies to deliver engaging content and surface powerful insights that drive strategic decisions. Our backend services handle thousands of requests per second, powering real-time experiences at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop scalable, robust data and ML services powered by vast lakes of Cosmose data

• Make our data solutions available at scale, with support from our Software Reliability Engineering team

• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize machine learning models and deliver reliable, high-impact features

• Optimize backend systems to balance latency and throughput, ensuring efficient processing of large-scale data flows and service requests

• Maintain high software quality through solid design, well-structured automated testing, and thorough code reviews

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience at a senior level

• A strong track record in building scalable, distributed backend systems

• Proficiency in Python is essential, especially in the context of backend services, data pipelines, or machine learning infrastructure.

• Familiarity with other languages like Golang or Rust is a plus
