Java Developer/Scrum Master

 

In the Application Developer role, there will be involvement on both, runtime and onetime activities depending on the need. 

Main activities included in the assignment: technical specifications and analysis, Workload estimation, Development, Unit test, Integration testing, Support Level 3. 

As a Scrum Master you will: 

- participate in software development project as Scrum Master for one of 3 Teams focused on 1 product 

- Facilitate Agile events such as the Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review and Retrospective 

- build SCRUM team and take care of their development, 

- take care of the effective application of Agile practices in accordance with the SCRUM framework, 

- proactively remove obstacles that hinder the team's work, 

- Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy intra-team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope 

Technical competences / Required Skills: 

 

• Java 1.6 , Spring, Swing, Hibernate, Unit and integration test, SQL, Maven 

• Finished Scrum Master training 

• Practical knowledge of JIRA, Confluence 

• Very good knowledge of agile methodologies for software development (Agile / Scrum) 

• Ability to plan the work of the Scrum team, create schedules, create implementation plans, monitor and report work progress 

• Experience in running projects with distributed teams 

• Good English Level

 

Certification of a Professional Scrum Master, Linux administrator skills (Red Hat, WebSphere), Oracle database, Bash script, PL/SQL, French, Polish
