Project Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and management of project plans, ensuring they align with organizational goals and priorities.

• Track project progress, prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, coordinate and prioritize project tasks, and ensure all projects are completed on time and meet expectations.

• Effective communication with business units, understanding their needs and providing solutions

• Facilitate communication with business and IT teams, participating in tasks such as defining business requirements, handling UAT, resolving bugs, and tracking releases.

• Oversee project change and risk management processes.

• Monitoring and reporting of issues logged in helpdesk system, with close tracking of critical incidents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in project coordination, successful management of projects from initiation to completion.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

• Initiative-taking and capable of managing daily tasks independently,

• Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic project environments,

• Analytical thinking with attention to detail,

• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Turkish/Polish is a plus),

• Bachelor's degree completed or in the process of completion, preferable: Business Administration, IT, Management​.
