 What you’ll actually do

• Design and ship a fast, secure web app that connects with our AI backend and makes complex documents feel simple.

• Own the frontend architecture: components, state, performance, accessibility - everything users touch.

• Turn messy regulations into clean UX flows: dashboards, validation, alerts, and guided workflows.

• Work directly with the founders (AI engineer + product lead) to design, test, and ship in short, fast cycles.

• Build patterns for speed and quality: design system, analytics, error tracking, secure auth.

• Think big about how the future of web and AI agents will look like and how to prepare for it.

You might be a fit if you ..

• Have a maker mindset: you like to build, break, and fix fast.

• Don’t wait for perfect specs: you figure things out and move forward.

• Have shipped something real: a side project, open-source repo, startup prototype, or hackathon app.

• Know TypeScript and at least one modern framework (Next.js / Vite etc.).

• Care about UX, performance, and clean code equally.

Bonus points for

• Real-time data experience (Firebase or similar).

• Document-heavy apps (PDF parsing, annotation, validation).

• Experience managing elements with libraries like ShadCN, Storybook

• Security and privacy awareness (auth flows, RBAC, features flags, safe file handling).

• Curiosity about public procurement and AI-assisted workflows.

• Open-source contributions or passion projects that show initiative.

Work style & location

• Warsaw or Remote (EU timezones preferably but not limited)

• We value focus, autonomy, and quick iteration not meetings.

• You’ll work directly with the founders: get real mentorship, technical feedback, and full context of product decisions.

  
  

Compensation

60–150 PLN / h (B2B) depending on experience and independence level. 

We can’t match corporate salaries, but we offer something better:
