Day to day you work with the testing team, delivery manager, senior technical leaders, customer stake holders and their partners in a distributed team environment.
Through constant contact, planning and sharing, you will monitor, report and adapt to meet both short term demands and long term goals on a number of small connected projects related to testing embedded software. You'll use your expertise with tech and people to prioritise, lead and deliver. You'll do all this with some cool people like you, on a large project delivering to millions of people and you will take pride in your work.
And last but not least - your team here will be testing DTV solutions and work with our number 1 customer! The solution you will guard quality of is currently as big as over 1 million lines of code. The outcome of your team's work will be distributed in many countries across Europe!
What You'll Need to Bring
- Around 8 years of experience
- Experience as a Test Team Leader (team size 10+)
- Line management experience
- Good knowledge of test automation
- Working knowledge with Linux
- Nice to have working knowledge in Python and Robort Framework
- Familiar with Bug tracking tools like Bugzilla, Jira, etc.
- Ability to set up priorities and keep the team happy while dealing with intense and ever changing demand on the customer side
- Understanding of team dynamics and awareness of the work-life balance importance
- Good understanding of Agile, and other software methodologies
- Excellent communication in English
- This role is office-located and it allows 1 day WFH / week

Our Recruitment Process
