Project Overview:

Join an exciting new initiative for our Customer Weibel Scientific A/S, a global technology leader specializing in advanced radar systems for monitoring drone activity and tracking the direction and speed of moving objects. Weibel’s cutting-edge solutions support critical sectors such as defense, aerospace, and critical infrastructure protection, delivering high-precision and mission-critical systems.

We are building a brand-new development team in Warsaw and are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Manager to lead and shape this team from the ground up. The team will consist of Test Automation Developers, Application/.NET Developers, and C++ Backend Developers, working together on innovative, real-world products with a meaningful impact.

As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in building the team, setting technical and delivery standards, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture - join us and help create something truly meaningful.

Responsibilities:

-       Driving the team members to ensure they are capable of doing their job

-       Facilitating team member deliveries

-       Build ownership in team and team members

-       Plan or facilitate planning of tasks

-       Identify bottlenecks

-       Coach team members for performance

-       Establish and maintain processes for execution and coordination in alignment with Weibel Software

-       Ensure correct/optimal mix of skills for the tasks
