Project overview: Unik System Design (USD) is a Danish company with offices in Vejle (HQ), Aalborg and Copenhagen. Unik System Design delivers software products for the housing/property management industry. The products are marked leading in Denmark.

Unik Bolig is the leading housing ERP system in Denmark with a market share of around 70%. The product suite contains everything from property management, facility management, rent collection, full finance system, task tracking and tenant service portals. The new SaaS platform, Habicen, will re-place the existing product offering. The new product will be delivered from our “hybrid cloud” consisting of an Azure local stack connected to Azure. The new colleagues will be part of distributed teams with team members in Aalborg and Vejle (Denmark). The team is called S2.

S2 is responsible for the part of Habicen that contains business processes like tenant management, lease information, all other domain specific processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and maintenance of the frontend and backend (C#) of the administration and business processes in the Habicen product.
