Project Overview: The product is the newest product organized in the Healthcare Business Unit in Systematic. The Healthcare Business Unit has long been involved in the digitization of the healthcare system in Denmark. Columna Cura is one of the most advanced EHR systems on the market. The product has been purchased by over 30 Danish municipalities. It consists of an Angular web client, iOS and Android mobile clients utilizing Kotlin, running on a Java-based backend with JBoss and Oracle.As a Developer, you will play a key role in the further development and maintenance of the product together with an agile full stack Scrum team. You will be working on a major product that is undergoing rapid development as part of a dedicated and self-driven feature team with own domains and responsibilities.

Here is a taste of what you will be doing:

• Participating in Daily, Planning, Review and Retrospectives with your team.

• Clarifying features, requirements and estimates in close co-operation with stakeholders, Team tester and product owner.

• Specifying solutions based on requirements, use case studies, user stories, and the frameworks and architecture that are in place.

• Developing solutions and supporting the testing of the specified solution.

• Further developing and maintaining the solution

Technologies on the project:• Back-end: Java Enterprise (mostly Spring Boot but also application servers), Gradle, REST, Keycloak, Ansible, Docker, SQL ( Oracle, Postgres ), HL7 FHIR, HAPI FHIR

• Front-end: Web (Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript), Android, iOS Swift, Java, Kotlin

Technical qualifications that we expect from you:

Ideally we are looking for a fullstack developer, but we can take into consideration strong backend develoepers with the skills listed below,but who would like to take up some frontend activities too now:

• Java 17+ – proficiency with modern language features

• Gradle – dependency management and build automation

• JUnit / Testcontainers – unit and integration testing

• Docker – basic understanding is a must

• Git

Will be an advantage (back-end)

• Kotlin – practical experience in backend or mobile projects

• Spring Boot Integration – experience with Spring Integration, Spring Cloud, Feign, WebClient, Message Queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)

• Spring Boot / Spring Security – building REST APIs, authentication & authorization setup

• REST / HTTP – designing, integrating, and consuming external services

• OAuth2 / OpenID Connect – hands-on experience with authentication protocols

• Ansible

• Camel

• KeyCloak

• Oracle / PostgreSQL

• HL7 FHIR / HAPI FHIR – familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and libraries

• JBoss Application Server (WildFly) – deployment and configuration knowledge

• DDD (Domain-Driven Design) – deeper knowledge of tactical patterns (aggregates, value objects, repositories)
