📢 Join our team as a Business Analyst! 📢
In your role as Business Analyst in Trade Finance you will be part of our vision to digitalize and automate the Trade Finance processes and improve the current workflow for our internal customers with innovative technologies. Acting within the specific business area you will be driving changes and defining adequate solutions. For this you will analyze business requirements and be able to configure the system and translate the requirements to the test scope and provide this to development team or external vendors.
You will be responsible for 👇
- Your main duty is understanding, analysis and documenting business requirements (actual/target). Based on business requirements you prepare enhancement specification that will be developed by an external vendor or our internal team.
- Consulting the Business- and IT- experts on functional concepts of the applications and on optimization of the processes
- Creating required product documentation to fulfill Commerzbank obligations
- You define functional test scenarios as well as quality assurance measures. In that context you also support and coordinate test-activities on test-environments
- In case of incidents or issues, acting as third level support you perform analysis of the problems in close collaboration with other involved teams and external vendors
- Support of Product Owner in the banks product specific delivery processes
Which technology & skills are important for us? 👌
- Good knowledge of Business analysis
- Good knowledge technical business workflow and data modeling
- Practical experience in transfer of business requirements into appropriate test scenarios and test cases
- Understanding of SOAP/REST interface specification

- Octane knowledge
- Trade Finance knowledge
