Software Engineer (Compliance Team)

As a Software & Data Engineer in the CRD Cell you will be responsible for development of Reports and Dashboards as well as maintaining existing ones within SAS Viya but also create Reports that will be provided in Excel format to the end user. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Python Code which is the coding language for the given business requirements. The Developer is responsible also for designing the underlying data architecture that is necessary to provide data for the Reports and Dashboards which is mainly written in SAS script as well as T-SQL.

You will be responsible for the automation of process chains with UC4 Automation, execute tests to ensure software quality within the Team and accompany the release of new software artifacts.

New technical solutions are supported by you, and you bring your own ideas to the table. You will support transformation to Cloud and Continuous Integration and Delivery (CICD).

You will be responsible for:👇

• Developing SAS, Python Codes and SQL Statements
• Creating Dashboards within SAS Viya BI Platform Solution
• Execute technical and functional tests to ensure software quality and that customer requirements are met
• designing data workflows and data architecture as basis for reports and dashboards
• automize process chains including different tools/interfaces (APIs)
• Do debugging and bug fixing for productive solutions as well as ad hoc data analyses for our customers

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👌

• Good knowledge of Python programming
• Good knowledge of Data management
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn JIRA, Confluence
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Automation One (UC4) or any other job scheduler
• Basic knowledge or willingness to learn GIT
• Nice to have: knowledge of SAS script programming
