Fullstack Developer Intern - Digital Architecture - Młodzi w Łodzi 2025

Practice in Lodz – summer internships is a project organized as part of the “Youth in Lodz” program, whose aim is to enable students and graduates of Lodz universities to gain professional experience. The project can be attended by people up to 30 y. o. who are students or graduates (up to one year after graduation) of Lodz public or non-public universities. We look for students after second year of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic or related studies.

📢 Join our team as a Fullstack Developer Intern! 📢

You will be a part of the team taking care of the Architecture App, our central software product inventory and technology management tool. With more than 3.000 unique users per week, we are one of the most popular internal tools in the bank. Product team manage their software product information, technology stack, interfaces and responsibilities here.

What you will be doing? 👇

• You will be a part of the complete product development process in a team with End-to-End responsibility - beginning with development ideations and ending with the final release
• Developing a web-based application for Architectures within the Commerzbank
• Improvement of testing, frontend, development and business analysis skills
• Working in Agile environment, participate in scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro)

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👇

• Basic knowledge of Java
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Basic knowledge of Postgres

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Jira
• Basic knowledge of Openshift / Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodologies

Description of the cluster:

Digital Architecture is the central enterprise architecture unit of Commerzbank AG. We define target architecture, provide guidance to the cluster delivery organization and get involved in current change projects. The A-App and Architecture Governance team develops and runs the central software product inventory that provides intel on more than 4.000 software products of the bank. Our team is located in Frankfurt and Lodz.
