Automation Tester (Performance Tests)

About the project:

In Cross Channel Services we are delivering cross-functional services for implementations in online banking platform of Commerzbank to ensure stable and highly available online banking. In your role as an Automation Tester you will be a part of the NFT team, responsible for checking the quality of CCB software in terms of performance, security and code quality.

We are working in agile team using following technologies: HP Performance Center, LoadRunner, Soap UI, Dynatrace.

Our team consist of Automation Testers, Product Owner and Scrum Master.

As an Automation Tester you will be responsible for scripting, test execution, test analysis and documentation of Performance Tests. This includes the generation of test data and design as well as execution of automated tests. You need to be able to understand the business context and define the best performance test solution for your area.

Main tools that are used in the Performance Testing area are following: HP Loadrunner, HP Performance Center, Dynatrace, Tivoli, HP Quality Center, Selenium, NodeJS, Java, Jenkins.

What you will be doing? 👇

• Writing and implementing testcases
• Scripting LoadRunner scenarios based on non-functional requirements
• Execute Performance / Load Tests
• Analyze Performance / Load Tests
• Create and follow up on Defects in HP QC if applicable
• Analyze Logfiles

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👌

• Practical knowledge of HP Performance Center/ LoadRunner (LRE), Soap UI, Dynatrace
• Knowledge of performance testing concept
• Experience in errors troubleshooting, identifying root cause, application logs analysis
• Basic knowledge of database and SQL
• Analytical thinking
• English (B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Cloud concept, Azure Platform, Kibana/LogStash
• Basic CICD concept (Maven, Jenkins, Tomcat, Containers, Repository, WebSphere)
• Basic knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, JConsol, IBM Heap analyzer
• Basic knowledge of Microfocus ALM Octane
• Basic knowledge of Selenium
• Do not worry, if you do not have experience in some of the points - we will provide trainings for you! 😉
