About the project:

Our primary stakeholder is DocAI+, one of the most critical projects at Commerzbank for driving efficiencies. This initiative aims to onboard over 50 use cases in 2025 alone spanning various applications, segments, and business units, generating thousands of document-based requests to DDE BPM interface. Even minor issues on our side, as the funnel application for DocAI+, could cause significant disruptions across the backend processes we support. To address this complexity, we must establish a highly professional support framework and ensure robust communication skills to manage critical situations involving numerous stakeholders.

What you will be doing? 👇

• Deploying the DocAI pipeline using X-Bank's CI/CD best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to ensure efficient releases.
• Monitoring pipeline performance, availability, and resource usage while proactively identifying potential issues or bottlenecks.
• Managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions with development teams and stakeholders as needed.
• Proactively alerting the Product Owner and DocAI Lead Architect in case of downtimes or service interruptions.
• Developing and maintaining operational documentation, including deployment guides, monitoring procedures, and incident response plans.
• Collaborating with development, testing, and cloud architecture teams to ensure seamless integration across activities.
• Implementing and maintaining security best practices to protect the pipeline and associated data.

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👌

• German language C1
• Good knowledge of Application Operation in Google Cloud systems
• Good knowledge of SQL and Linux
• High knowledge of CI/CD
