- Plan and execute projects, including defining scope, developing plans, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Act as the primary client contact, managing communications and expectations, and documenting requirements for the development team.
- Facilitate meetings, allocate tasks, and support team members in problem-solving.
- Ensure project quality by monitoring progress, managing risks, and developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Prepare and oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and generate financial reports.
- Perform administrative and office management tasks, such as overseeing supplies or coordinating events
- Occasionally, you will participate in company HR processes. This may involve conducting quick, non-technical screening calls with potential candidates.
- 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects, preferably in a software house or agency setting.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English, as our clients are primarily based in the US.

Exceptional communication skills, diplomatic finesse, and strong negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to excel in a remote work environment while simultaneously leading multiple projects.
- Proficiency in gathering client requirements and translating them into epics and high-level user stories, effectively communicating the project vision to cross-functional teams.
- Keen attention to design detail and a commitment to enhancing user experiences.
- Expertise in setting up Jira Software and proficiency in implementing other project management tools as needed.
- Experience in e-commerce (any platform).
- Technical background
- Familiar with UX fundamentals
You will create our Project Management department and collaborate closely with Robert, our Head of Project Management.
On a daily basis, you will interact with Michal, our CTO, and the entire engineering team. Szymon is responsible for securing exciting projects 🙂
