Senior DevOps Engineer (Reality Capture Software)

Job Description

You will be part of an international DevOps team that supports multiple development teams creating mobile, desktop, and cloud-integrated products. Your primary mission will be to design, maintain, and continuously improve our CI/CD platform, ensuring scalability and reliability across diverse technologies.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with global teams to deliver efficient and secure build and deployment processes.

• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new solutions that accelerate delivery and enhance product quality.

• Ensure seamless integration between development workflows and infrastructure.

• Promote best practices and guide development teams on automation and release processes.

Your main responsibilities 

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Kotlin DSL, Ansible).

• Automate build, test, and deployment processes.

• Manage artifacts and repositories (JFrog Artifactory).

• Create release frameworks (e.g., GitHubFlow).

• Maintain CI/CD infrastructure (on-premise + AWS, Terraform).

• Integrate quality and security tools (SonarQube, SBOM, vulnerability scans).

• Define interfaces and workflows for multiple technologies (e.g., Conan for C++, Python).

• Document processes and APIs for development teams.

• Collaborate with development teams on security, monitoring, and release processes.

Your profile

• Master’s degree (Computer Science) or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD.

• Proficiency in TeamCity (on-premise), Kotlin DSL, Ansible, Terraform, AWS.

• Experience with Artifactory, SonarQube, SBOM.

• Ability to define SDLC processes for multiple technologies.

• Fluent in English.

• Nice to have: C++ (CMake, Conan, MsBuild), Python, Hyper-V, installer creation.

• Soft skills: communication, documentation, system thinking, designing scalable solutions.
