We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowflake Architect/Administrator to join our team in Warsaw. This hybrid role blends architectural vision with hands-on platform administration to ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our Snowflake environment. Team & Business Unit Insight: We maintain strategic partnerships with major hyperscalers and software vendors, including AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, and Databricks. Role Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

• Configure, optimize, and maintain Snowflake environments

• Monitor performance, resolve incidents, and enforce best practices

• Manage user roles, access policies, and data security protocols

• Support routine operations through automation and scripting

• Ensure platform scalability, high availability, and cost-effectiveness

Architectural Duties:

• Lead design conversations with technical teams and stakeholders

• Develop scalable, secure Snowflake data architectures

• Create architectural blueprints and documentation

• Establish governance frameworks for usage, cost, and performance

• Align Snowflake solutions with business goals and data strategies

• Support analytics and engineering teams with Snowflake implementations

• Stay current with Snowflake enhancements and guide strategic upgrades

• Mentor technical teams on platform architecture and principles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of Snowflake architecture and administration

• Strong SQL proficiency and experience in performance tuning

• Experience in ETL processes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cost optimization

• Knowledge of data governance, security, encryption, and compliance frameworks

• Proven ability to troubleshoot platform issues and resolve complex problems

• Prior experience in Snowflake architecture

• Valid Snowflake certification (SnowPro Core or higher)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data modeling and analytics reporting

• Data migration experience

• Knowledge of performance tuning for enterprise data solutions
