Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Warsaw

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

About the Role

We’re looking for talented and driven Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) to join cross-functional teams building and supporting global-scale software products. You’ll work with cutting-edge payment technologies and play a key role in shaping the future of digital transactions.

Key Responsibilities

•             Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of systems

•             Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance performance and product quality

•             Troubleshoot applications, systems, and databases

•             Monitor system performance and manage incidents

•             Support CI/CD pipelines and production environments

•             Provide application and production support

Requirements

•             Proven experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems

•             Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance

•             Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK, Grafana, and/or Prometheus

•             Experience working with Kafka or Cassandra

•             Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash

•             Experience with databases including Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL

•             Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments

•             Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

•             Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

•             Experience with build tools like Jenkins, Maven, or Git

•             Strong collaboration skills in Agile/Scrum environments

•             Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

•             Experience in financial services (banking, payments)

•             Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
