Main responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers in full-stack development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Oversee day-to-day operation
• Set and monitor team performance
Technical Skills:
Back-end Development:
• Expertise in Java
• Experience building backend services with Spring framework
• Professional background in Hibernate
Front-end Development:
• Advancement with Angular/React/Vue
Database:
• SQL/NoSQL database experience (PostgreSQL, Mysql, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch)
Agile Methodologies:
• Working experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Strong communication skills in both Polish and English
