Purpose of the role:

The role supports the implementation of DORA requirements across 99 MR/MEAG/ERGO Legal Entities. It focuses on ensuring compliance through agreed processes, delivering technical guidance, and supporting the closure of identified security gaps, including the implementation of 46 recommendations across the entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure DORA compliance across 99 Legal Entities by applying the agreed implementation processes and methodologies.

• Support the implementation of 46 recommendations, including preparation of network security design.

• Advise Legal Entities on IT and IT Security topics such as network security, DLP, and IAM.

• Respond to technical questions raised by internal client representatives.

• Participate in Solution Panel sessions and propose solutions suitable for centrally funded projects addressing DORA gaps.

• Analyse and propose local solutions for security gap closure per Affiliate.

• Conduct remote and onsite workshops and meetings with Affiliates.

• Assess existing solutions within Legal Entities to determine their suitability for closing DORA gaps.

• Map Group Solutions to DORA requirements.

• Support DORA Portfolio projects with expert knowledge, scope verification, and progress assessment.

• Prepare documentation related to DORA implementation and IT security topics.

  
  

Requirements:

• Understanding of DORA regulatory requirements.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to deliver tasks within agreed deadlines.

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in advising or governing within the network security domain.

• Experience with PAM solution implementation.

• Experience with SIEM management or implementation.

• Experience with log management systems.

• Experience with SSDLC management or implementation.
